Oakley Youth Football Club invites you to take part in our annual six-a-side football tournament to be held at the Peter Houseman Field in Oakley, Hampshire on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th May.
Competitive football will be run for age groups U7 to U18. 2023/24 season age-groups apply.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place will be presented, and all players competing in finals will receive an individual medal. All players in age groups U7 and U8 will also receive a participation medal.
Age groups will play on the following days. We have indicated whether the age groups are likely to play in the morning or afternoon, but please note this may be subject to change. Precise timing of the matches will be confirmed nearer the competition. Morning matches will kick off at 9am and afternoon matches will kick off at 2pm.

The entry cost is £40 per Team. Oakley Youth FC supports ‘Sebastian’s Action Trust’, a local charity offering support to families of seriously ill children. At our last tournament in 2023 we were delighted to donate £1000.
The maximum squad size allowed for each team in all age groups is eight players. U7 and U8 will play five-a-side, with all other age groups six-a-side. Due to the popularity of the competition and the limited capacity, an early application is recommended. If a category is full please do still register your interest as if we have enough additional teams we should be able to open up another group for that age group.
As usual there will be a BBQ, tea tent, sweets, and ice creams, making a fun day for all the family. Parking at the school is FREE but an entry fee of £2.50 per adult is payable at the site entrance.
Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis, and your place in the tournament will be confirmed by email once your payment has been received. Payments must be received within 7 days of registration.
We look forward to welcoming back teams from previous years and look forward to receiving applications from new teams for what promises to be a great sporting weekend.

NOTE
All participants should be made aware by their team/club management there will be an event photography service on site who will be taking and selling photographs of the action from the tournament for you to purchase. These images will not be retained after the tournament is finished.
All participants should also be aware that due to the nature of a football tournament, there will be many children and parents who will be taking photographs of their children, and, dependent upon their individual clubs guidelines regarding sharing of images in social media, there is a possibility since images may be available on the internet.
Oakley FC have no control over the use of other participants images, and how/where these may be published.
All Clubs/Managers entering this tournament should communicate this to their teams parents
